OK, after Cam & Mam got back from Spain last April, we had a hankering to make Paella. This version is so delicious! Remember to buy olives imported from Spain, ham (imported from Spain, if you can). We added shrimp, artichoke hearts (bottled), “azafrán” (saffron), frozen peas, fresh zucchini, olive oil, and rice. We may have added some special seasoning, we don’t remember... (basil?) But, as long as you have the big four: big chunky green olives from Spain, ham, and shrimp, and saffron, it’s going to be special!
